Job position
We are looking for Administrative and Commercial Support for our Sales department, with training and experience in exporting all over the world
Main tasks
- Provide back-office support to the commercial team
We expect
- Attention to requests of products and services from customers, offering a quick and efficient response
- Preparation of personalised commercial offers and order confirmations
- Coordination with the purchasing and production teams to provide delivery times adjusted to customer needs and available stock
- Determine transport costs based on the Incoterm used
- Management and supply of the necessary documentation for shipments and exports, adapted to the requirements of the clients and countries of destination
- Direct contact with logistics companies to coordinate exports and ensure punctual deliveries
- Resolving logistical incidents during the shipping process, including the management of returns and product replacements
- Registration and tracking of products in the system for invoicing by the administration team
- Reminder to customers about products pending collection, necessary advance payments, signing of agreements, etc.
- Other commercial support tasks
