Our team is comprised of experienced engineers and PhDs working on cutting-edge radiofrequency, robotics, and cloud-based software.
We are looking for a proactive Backoffice to join our Operations (Procurement Department) team and drive the digitalization of our internal processes.
What you'll do
- Support the collection, review, and organization of technical and regulatory documentation related to electronic components (datasheets, specifications, certificates).
- Manage and track compliance documentation such as RoHS, REACH, CE, UL, ISO certificates, and supplier declarations.
- Ensure that all materials and components used comply with applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
- Maintain structured documentation within internal systems (ERP, document management tools) to ensure traceability and audit readiness
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with Keonn ERP and internal/external requests.
- Proactively manage orders and supply schedules based on production plans.
- Follow up with suppliers on discrepancies in purchase orders and missing information.
- Communicate significant changes to purchase orders to internal parties and seek alternatives.
- Update Keonn ERP with cost variances, rates, and communicate changes internally.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and communicate regularly with the functional manager to achieve an efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.
- Provide periodic reports to the Purchasing Managers.
