Customer Success Engineer – Internship

Customer Success Engineer helps to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services.

Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.

Main tasks

  • Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation
  • Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices
  • Trusted advisor, build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels
  • Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
  • Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs
  • Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC
  • Act as the voice of customer within the company

We expect

  • Highly interested in the Retail sector
  • An student of an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
  • Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus
  • Knowledge of computer networking. A clear understanding of IP networks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit
  • Willing to travel
