Customer Success Engineer – Internship
Job position
Customer Success Engineer helps to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services.
Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.
Main tasks
- Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation
- Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices
- Trusted advisor, build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels
- Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
- Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs
- Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC
- Act as the voice of customer within the company
We expect
- Highly interested in the Retail sector
- An student of an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
- Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus
- Knowledge of computer networking. A clear understanding of IP networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit
- Willing to travel
